At the IDB Pre-Annual Meeting Bergendal, Suriname, February 13, 2012
I would like to extend a warm welcome to the IDB Governors for the Caribbean Countries, the President of the Inter-American Development Bank Mr. Luis Alberto Moreno, the Executive Vice President Mrs. Julie Katzman, and other members of the IDB’s management team. I also extend a warm welcome to our executive directors who without doubt do the work for us in the heart of the organization.
